Smoked Serrano Pineapple Tomato Salsa

Game time...and the perfect snack for game time is salsa!

Get the freshest, ripest tomatoes you can find and dice them.  Add cubed juicy pineapple, finely diced onions and a bunch of chopped cilantro.  If you like it hot add diced jalapeno.

Drizzle with olive oil, lemon or lime and a generous amount of smoked serrano sea salt.

Your chips will thank you for it!

  1. I will have to try this combo - sounds delicious!
What would you suggest to go with pineapple chunks drizzled with warmed coconut oil?

    2. Hmmmm....sounds delicious! I would heat up a cast iron skillet and sear sliced pineapple in coconut oil to warm and bring out the juices of the pineapple. I would plate the pineapple slices and add a bit of raw honey to the remaining coconut oil in the pan. Drizzle this over the pineapple and add the Thai Ginger Sea Salt to bring these flavors over the top! Maybe a scoop of french vanilla on the side? Look for this one in future blogs! Thanks for the inspiration...
