Honey Basted Smoked Serrano Roasted Chicken

This was a winner in our home!  The perfect combination in a roasted chicken is crispy and flavorful skin!

This was accomplished by roasting and basting with organic butter, raw honey and finished with smoked serrano sea salt as a finishing element!  

The smoked serrano sea salt imparts a very mild heat, slight smoke, under notes of berry and sea salty crunch to counter the sweetness of the honey.
