Sun Ripened Ravioli Pasta

This one was for my daughter and I picked this up at the local market.  Fresh ravioli pasta stuffed with ricotta and spinach.  Easy boil for 4-5 minutes and plate with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling of sun ripened tomato sea salt.
