Ok, I admit this was a late night indulgence! Needed a sweet bite of something.
The chocolate pudding is a homemade version and is thick and healthy. Yes, healthy...it is made by throwing two medium ripe avocados in a blender along with a cup of unsweetened cocoa and 1/2 cup of honey. Believe me, it is the best pudding!
Dollop it over a couple of fresh sliced bananas. It's decadent, rich and intensified with the Thai ginger sea salt.
