French Vanilla Ice Cream with Smoked Serrano Sea Salt

Sea salt is known to elevate flavors.  It is absolutely amazing what Smoked Serrano does for french vanilla ice cream.

The french vanilla is totally transformed from it's vanilla like essence and the Smoked Serrano imparts it's light smokiness with berry like notes.  Slight bits of crunch combined with the smooth creaminess is a sensory delight!

It is an elevated, simple dessert!  Add a warm reduction of seasonal fruit for an added dimension!
