Most important thing with this appetizer is to obtain the freshest, local ingredients possible.
We obtained fresh local tomatoes which actually make this dish without any other ingredients....
Then add the freshest handmade mozzarella cheese, fresh grown basil and a splash of aged balsamic glaze.
The element that pushes it over the edge is the Aged Balsamic sea salt that adds that crunch and flavor elevation that only natural sea salt can do!
