Use as a snack by itself, as a meal topper or as a base for your favorite spread!
Find a good quality aged Parmesan cheese (no fillers or fake stuff). Shred a good portion and then dollop out about 2 tablespoons portions on cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
Broil in oven...watch closely. They are done when they start to turn light brown.
Pull out, cool and sprinkle with your favorite gourmet blended sea salt! We used Spanish Rosemary, Sun Ripened Tomato and Ghost Pepper!
