Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

Here is a really healthy and tasty recipe that I make for my girls!  They are great for breakfast and keep well for a high protein snack throughout the day!

These pancakes are gluten and refined sugar free and they taste delicious.

Only 3 ingredients...Ready?

1)  3 large pastured eggs
2)  2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter
3)  1 large ripe banana

Mix all ingredients with a mixer and ladle onto your favorite griddle!

I usually add a tablespoon of chia seeds in the mix and I have been known to top with a homemade cacoa pudding (healthy as well)!  Will post on the chocolate topping soon.
