Chicken Glazed with Honey and Smoked Serrano Sea Salt

This chicken was so easy and so tasty!

First, we purchased antibiotic and free range chicken legs...if you can get from your local farmer even better!  

Arrange in a pan and bake covered for about 30 min. with coconut oil.  Once cooked, uncover and crisp up the skin.  

Remove chicken legs and smother in organic raw honey...put under broil to heat up the honey and then remove and sprinkle with Smoked Serrano Sea Salt or for the more daring Ghost Pepper Sea Salt!

We paired ours with roasted cauliflower.  Enjoy!
