Simply Elevated Deviled Egg and Thai Ginger Sea Salt!

Looking for an elegant appetizer that is easy to make, delicious and nutritious?

Try this stunning appetizer!

Start by boiling several pastured eggs about 5 minutes so that the yolk is still a little runny.  Take them out and cool before slicing in uniform pieces.

Arrange on a platter and top them with a piece of smoked salmon.  Put a dollop of creme fraiche (we added a little bit of hot sauce to ours) and finish with Thai Ginger sea salt!
