This is so simple and so easy to make...plus it is a really fabulous treat you can make for yourself or a loved one.
Take a lobster tail or several and baste it with coconut oil. Cook at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. It will turn opaque. Drizzle with drawn butter and squeeze a bit of blood orange onto the tails. Plate and finish with a sprinkling of Vanilla Bean sea salt!
