Love this healthy raw side!
Pick up a nice organic head of either purple or green cabbage. Pick one that is firm and leaves are in good shape. The stem on the bottom should not be black or rotten.
Remove outer leaves and rinse. Thinly slice cabbage in strands and toss in a large bowl.
Make a really simple dressing with a cup of homemade kefir (or plain yogurt), two tablespoons of raw organic honey and two tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar - mix well! Add dressing to the bowl of shredded cabbage and garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced jalapenos.
To 'Simply Elevate' this dish add a sprinkle of Thai Ginger sea salt for the final seasoning!
