Skirt Steak Marinated with Espresso Brava Sea Salt

Coffee rubbed steak?  Oh yes, it has been done and it can be very unique!

There are several versions out there that pair coffee and salt to your next cut of beef.  The espresso brava is a combination of coffee and high quality sea salt.  Add a bit of sugar if you like to carmalize the crust.

We marinated our skirt steak with espresso brava sea salt and seared it on a cast iron grill atop the stove.
