Popcorn....an ingredient that can be manipulated to any flavor you are craving!
We like to use non GMO whole kernels that we pop atop the stove in a large pot.
We add a thin layer of coconut oil to cover the entire bottom of the pot. Add 3-4 kernels with the stove top on high. Ajar the lid slightly to allow steam to escape. Once all the kernels pop go ahead and add enough kernels to cover the bottom in a single layer.
As the corn is popping, keep moving the pot on the stove top to shake it up and avoid burning. When popping slows down remove from heat and add your favorite sea salt blend!
We have used: Sun ripened tomato, Thai ginger and Aged balsamic (separately, of course).
